The legend goes… many midnight drivers near White Rock Lake have reported a mysterious female hitchhiker asking for a ride home. She always has long flowing hair, a sopping white dress, and claims either her car or boat is at the bottom of reservoir. But as the driver chauffeurs her home, the “Lake of the Lake” has a nasty habit of vanishing into the night, leaving only a puddle of water in the backseat where she once sat. Our Biere de Garde, or “kept beer,” is a fitting tribute to this phantom. With a malty flavor as rich as her legend and rustic farmhouse roots, it’s just the thing to toast a ghost.
