Beer Description
NOT AN IPA!!This “seltzer” beer is fermented using malted barley not cane sugar but with the addition of amyloglucosidase enzyme the final gravity is below 1.000 SG, making this beer even “dryer” than water. Great for a humid day this new style of beer is perfect for the south. A subtle addition of local Peach Tea from the Charleston Tea Plantation was added to the beer at the end of fermentation to give a subtle refreshing flavor that’s all summer.
