Ancillary Fermentation is a conceptual recurring pop-up for a cause, and a partnership between a bunch of Raleigh-Durham beer friends. Each month, we release two beers that explore a single theme. This month, that theme is DIY. This DIY IPA is made with Cashmere, Mosaic, and El Dorado Hops.
