We’ve been talking about making a beer for our friends at Old School Pizzeria in downtown Olympia since we opened our doors. As it often goes with friends, most of it turned into sarcastic jokes and great ideas never to be followed up on…. until now! We’re stoked to bring you Old School Pale: a bright, thirst-quenching pale with Centennial, Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic hops backed with Skagit Valley malt. The use of Pub yeast insures a clean, clear pale beer as classic as the pies they toss down at Old School. Piney without being too dank and just the right amount of citrus notes to cut through a big ol’ slice of ‘Roni.
