Beer Description
An unfiltered, sour, wheat beer, brewed in the traditional German process. Lactobacillus (“good” bacteria) are added to the fermenter to purposely sour the beer. Berliner Weiss is aged for nearly a year to develop the flavor. An award-winning example of the style, our unfiltered brew is low in alcohol and refreshingly tart.
This particular version is already infused with passion fruit.
Because of its long term aging process, we have only been releasing a limited supply every summer.
