Beer Description
This is an experimental hoppy pale-ale. We took a pale ale and dry hopped it with a bunch of HBC-472. Thiw is a very unique hop bred from wild dessert Neomexicans hops. In addition to graprfruit/citrus taste and aroma, it also lends unique woody and coconut notes to the beer as well. This creates a truly distinctive beer that somehow invokes the spirit of an old fashoined cocktail.
