Mexican lager – Native Americans alone domesticated nine of the most important crops in the world, including corn. Corn now provides 21% of human nutrition across the globe. To highlight the importance of this plant and the culture that domesticated it we’ve created a potion in honor of the corn people, the Mayan civilization. We offer up what we feel could have been their beer, lagered for 34 days and brewed with South American corn. Salud!
