Beer Description
La Bonté Pear, part of its La Bonté range of Brett Farmhouse Ales. Brewed with sweet, juicy French heritage pears and wrapped in a warm tan body beneath a fuzzy white head, the bouquet combines all the peppery, estery complexity of Brett yeast with the fruity acetone-tinged juiciness of ripe pears. Add to this classic Farmhouse Ale hints of woodrot and lime plaster and a hint of green cider apples and the overall effect is a juicy, funky, barnyardy mouthful of deliciously ripe fruit flavours.
