Beer Description
Delicious and dry with almost a red wine finish, Lost Harvest is the perfect glass of Arkansas terroir! Brewed in collaboration with Diamond Bear Brewing Company for the 6th Annual Block on Rock Birthday Bash, Lost Harvest is the product of a joint blueberry pick at Wye Mountain Flowers and Berries, LLC. Diamond Bear head brewer Greg Berbusse then fermented the whole berries with lactobacillus before combining them with Stone’s Throw head brewer Theron Cash’s saison recipe during a joint brew day. Lightly tart with a noticeable tannin finish from the blueberry skins, Lost Harvest should be shared with fellow friends who love local beer! Collaborative Release. OG 1060, IBU 26, ABV 6.5%
