Beer Description
Forcone Pale Ale is a collaboration between Pitchfork.com President Chris Kaskie, his Chicago based creative team, and Goose Island Brewmaster Brett Porter. This music nerd/beer geek “session” resulted in a hop lover’s dream, taking advantage of our exclusive access to the much sought after Amarillo hop. The team settled on the name Forcone — the Italian translation for ‘Pitchfork’ and a reference to the hop ‘cones’ that give this beer its distinct flavor and aroma.
