Beer Description
The Minnesota take on a traditional Finnish Sahti. Brewed utilizing a hand hewn kuurna (hollowed out log) with juniper branches and juniper berries. The beer takes its name from the Finnish word for the heat and steam that envelops you during a sauna. Many of us at the brewery have been known to enjoy extended sauna sessions while drinking Sahti.
