Beer Description
Stumped starts with a dry cider that is fermented from fresh pressed juice. It is aged on new American Oak with a medium toast for a couple months. The aging process imparts oak in balance, giving the cider tannins that round out the flavor and add more mouth feel. The resulting cider has vanilla notes on the nose and a roasted nut finish.
