Process: Tropicberry Tart Deco is brewed with malted barley, raw wheat, malted oats, and lactose. This beer is hopped with Citra and Mosaic and soured with a lactobacillus culture. Pink Guava, Passion Fruit, and Raspberries are gently added to maximize aroma, flavor, and color.
Aroma & Tasting Notes: Aromas of heavy ripe tropical fruits, fresh Meyer lemon zest. Flavors of pink guava, passionfruit, and raspberry. Light tartness and acidity at front of palate, with a long, luscious finish. The addition of lactose adds a creamy, slightly sweet body that rounds out this beer.
