Beer Description
Here’s a new entry in the Gatefold series. A wonderfully balanced sour ale, fermented with a new house blend of brettanomyces and lacto/peddio culture, extensively aged on oak than blended to make this new cuvee. Fruit leather, tobacco and tanin, soft herbs and coconut from the oak, well balanced acidity with a soft and gentle malt sweetness to balance the endeavor.
