BFM Abbaye de Saint Bon-Chien 2012
It pours deep hazy red with a thick yellow-white head. The nose is red berry, apricot, peach, mild vinegar, wood and vinous notes.
The taste is smooth, red berry, vinous, candy floss, sour cherry, tangy raspberry, caramel, touch of vinegar and some alcohol with a dry, lightly tart finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Smooth, well balanced and rather elegant.
