Beer Description
This batch of Jacks & Jokers was brewed with 2-row, oat malt, and carapils. It’s oh so smooth, while still finishing with a familiar West Coasty crispness.
Jacks & Jokers has long been our 7.2% IPA featuring two legendary Pacific Northwest hops: Amarillo and Simcoe. Two varietals destined for each other. Sweet orange blossom meets pine, stone fruit, and berry. Now, we’ve added a smidge of almighty Citra to the kettle and a bit more in the dry-hop, amplifying the beer’s sweet orange citrus. We think you’ll dig it.
