Beer Description
Light, clean, and well balanced with notes of fresh baked bread, fresh herbs, fresh cut hay, and meadow flowers. A true showcase of Minnesota grown ingredients, this elderflower wheat ale was made with local grain grown in Dawson and malted in-house at Able, Triple Pearl hops from Mighty Axe Hop Farm in Ham Lake, and finished with hand-harvested elderflower from Natura Farms in Scandia.
