Beer Description
Our first Kettle Sour brewed by adding lactobacillus directly to the kettle and allowing them to sour the brew overnight prior to transferring to primary fermentation. Next, we racked the beer on loads of pureed pink guava and passion fruit. Tart, tropical, and refreshing.
