Beer Description
This triple IPA is a collaboration with local homebrew legend Craig Shapland and is our answer to a scarce triple IPA from up north. This huge IPA features 8 pounds of hops per barrel and includes huge doses of Simcoe and centennial to give both piney and strong citrus (pineapple & grapefruit) character. While a big beer in both ABV and IBU the body and sweetness are smooth and restrained
