Symphony is an Imperial Double Chocolate Stout. It is the most robust of the VHBC artisan beers, featuring a complex heavy grain bill including chocolate blended and aged together to create hints of roasted coffee intermingled with light and dark chocolate notes, creating a 10% ABV beer. It is sure to mellow the roughest of days, yet mellow enough to get you through the sunset.
