Pale malt, roasted barley, and brewer’s sugar all combine to make this a time-traveling experience all the way to the days of yore.
Inspired by research in 16th century Scottish Highlands brewing, comes a historic taste of years ago. Castles and large manor houses often contained a brewery and bakehouse within the estate to provide residents and visitors their own brewed ales. Pale malt, roasted barley, and brewer’s sugar all combine to make this a time-traveling experience all the way to the days of yore.
