Beer Description
Intense notes of malt characterize the flavor of our dark Munich. A superb beer, full bodied taste with a slight hint of caramel, nuts and candied fruit. This slightly sweet Röstmalznote is harmoniously complemented by the fine tart bitterness of the hops.
The beautiful color that resembles chestnuts, our Munich Dark obtained by the high temperatures at the “Darren”, the roasting of the barley malt, and by the special Hacker-Pschorr mashing process. Matured in the depths of our storage cellar, it was able to develop his unique taste in peace.
