Beer Description
A lager with a soft, complex malt character balanced by a firm, spicy hop presence. This beer uses Pilsner malt as the base that provides a bready, almost sweet malt background to the beer; this character has been further emphasized by the use of a traditional brewing technique called decoction. The spiciness of the beer is due to the use of Czech Saaz hops, and our version also uses some American Sterling hops that provide an extra level of hop complexity (adding some floral, pepper, and slightly fruity notes). Try our Rhapsody Bohemian Pilsner paired with the Fish and Chips or Beer Can Chicken melt.
