Beer Description
Our annual fall favorite gets the Flemish treatment in this one of a kind release! 2018 Pumpkin Pie Porter was placed in a Rock Town Bourbon barrel inoculated with Brett, Pedio & Lacto, three microscopic allies used by brewers to bring out a uniquely sour flavor in beers. The result is tart but not overpowering, with the pumpkin & spice flavors notably mellowed. A great beer for all those sour lovers out there, this wild & wonderful experiment will never be replicated again! Barrel-Aged Release. OG 1060, IBU 35, ABV 6%
