Beer Description
Scotch Ale aged in the barrel from a 1792 bourbon store pick. The beer is of extremely limited quality with only one barrel ever brewed. It has notes of the original scotch ale with flavors of roasted caramel, honey, and toffee. The bourbon melds well ensuring the finished product ends smoothly and without a bitter finish, while also adding a touch of vanilla and accentuating the caramel.
