Beer Description
This is our back from the dead collaboration mash-up of @kcbc’s Zombie recipe with our Mad Fat Fluid. Pours deep maroon in color, with a thin white head. Aromas of persimmon and dank tamarillo. Tastes like double dry-hopped Minute Maid brand tropical fruit punch and melted popsicles. Brewed with English pale and pilsner malt, with lots of malted wheat & unmalted oats. The comic book kids from Bushwick brought us a pitch of their Scandinavian farmhouse yeast to ferment, needless to say, DRY. Drum life baby – lots of Boysens and Tangerines were sacrificed to reanimate this bad boy. Dry-hopped with Cashmere.
