Beer Description
The final statement from a perished soul that we may never again see. For once it had a powerfully driven message of intrigue. And it met its sudden doom, as the tide rose against it. We are all about resurrection. Made from the same malt components that make up Haysaw, this beer was laid to rest with mixed culture in neutral oak for nearly 2 years before racking back to steel onto orange peel and oolong tea. The rest allowed mango, red berries, citrus, and black tea to come to life.
