Beer Description
Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy hops. Brewed with Sauvignon Blanc grape juice. Subtle wine characteristics mingle with a bright hop character to create what we think is a pretty unique experience.
On The Vine is a DIPA that underwent a secondary fermentation with some beautiful California-Grown Sauvignon Blanc grape juice. We paired the juice with two beautiful hops, Galaxy and one that actually derives itβs name from the juice used in this beer, Nelson Sauvin. Subtle wine characteristics mingle with a bright hop character to create what we think is a pretty unique experience.
