Beer Description
The beer is mostly utilizing Citra but also has help from Mosaic, Cascade and Mandarina.
Imperial IPA using our mash/lauter tun as a super hop back. Using this vessel we use a high dose of Citra whole leaf hops at a rate that we would never be able to acheive on our main production brewery. The beer is mostly utilizing Citra but also has help from Mosaic, Cascade and Mandarina.
