Beer Description
When we brewed the Oatmeal Cookie Stout for our 6th Anniversary, endless possibilities for the variants came to mind. What better way to go about it than barrel aging it for our 7th Anniversary! This variant started with gobs of all natural peanut butter and a combination of Bourbon and Cinnamon Whiskey Barrels. After a year of maturation, the resulting beer is a bit of an adult take on the classic Monster Cookie. Notes of cinnamon, vanilla, and brown sugar mingle with bourbon, creamy peanut butter, and chocolate notes from the base beer to produce a one of a kind treat that is perfect for toasting to the success you all have made possible.
