Beer Description
Nugget and Cascade hops The Descend is Wiens Brewing’s Black India Pale Ale. There is nothing subtle about this beer. It is big, aggressive and full of flavor – Like a pine cone fight in your mouth. Descend blends citrus and pine aromas from the hops with roasted and earthy characters from the malt. The flavor moves from bitter chocolate to a dark toffee and raisin finish. The bitterness is assertive to match the complexity from the malt.
