Join us on a journey through the unknown with this one-off wild sour ale. Wild souring microorganisms and a blend of our favorite strains of Brettanomyces give this modern farmhouse ale a light, funky character with vivid fruity flavors. Nearly a year of aging in white wine barrels and months of bottle conditioning have allowed this wild brew to develop flavors of ripe strawberry and peach together with aromas of fresh pineapple and cherry. Fruity and funky.
