Beer Description
This brew is crafted with 100% NY state grains featuring malted Rye from New York Craft Malt. Nugget, Chinook & Cascade in the boil to bring an old school bitterness complimented by juicy pineapple of our new Norwegian Kveik yeast. We then dry hopped with loads of YCH Pink boots hop blend. Big E approved!
