Beer Description
Whenever we’re about to make a beer we think, “Would an idiot do that?” And if they would, we would not make that beer. But this fall we were more than happy to add some of the beet harvest to our latest Saison. We also added persimmon to round out the profile.
The beets add an earthy compliment to the esters provided by the yeast and the persimmon add a nice apple like quality on the nose and back of your sip. Enjoy this one with the fall colors and cool weather.
