Beer Description
The Cooper Project is a rotating series that highlights Goose Island’s barrel-aging program. The first release of 2017, this scotch ale, pours a deep copper color that precedes notes of rich malt, toffee, and subtle roast for a seamless blend of beer and barrel flavors. Aged in bourbon barrels for 4 months.
