An American IPA brewed with 100% Mosaic hops lends intense fruit flavors and aromas, a soft body, smooth mouthfeel, and substantial haze. Less perceived bitterness than traditional IPAs but always hop forward. This emphasis on whirlpool hops as well as double dry hopped, lends the specific โjuicyโ character for which this style is known.
