This decadent, silky-sweet dark ale features a virtual buffet of brunch-worthy specialty ingredients, including wildflower honey, toasted hazelnuts, and milk sugar. It was then blended with cold-brewed Arabica coffee to complete this deliciously well-rounded ensemble.
A Small Batch version of Honey Combed first appeared in Catawba tasting rooms in the spring of 2019, and proved to be among our most popular experimental releases of the year. The beer has since been elevated to Catawba Limited Release status for the fall-winter season; now returning for its 2nd year in cans.
