For this beer, we payed attention to smallest detail while thinking of a big TIPA that you can enjoy in your living room and possibly in your fish tank if you have too many. Thanks to Ocean Physics. When Dino and Mike visited Middletown a few weeks ago to follow up on the collab we did with Vitamin Sea Brewing at their place, VitaminM(Sea)², we set out to make a triple as smooth as the most gentle ocean waves. VitaminM(Sea)³ starts with a base of oats and wheat to help the beer remain soft and creamy before being aggressively hopped with citra, mosaic, wakatu, and galaxy. It pours a hazy bright straw yellow and has intense notes and flavors of assorted citrus, lemon & lime, and a dank and earthy lemongrass. It has big #EQjuice with an extremely soft smooth finish. It’s dangerously drinkable for a triple and will slip you into meditative state as you are reminded of the sounds of the sea as the ocean boost your brain power… or helps you drink in a fish tank.
