Beer Description
Cardamom gives the beer slight licorice note, as the grains of paradise enhance the spicy notes derived from fermentation.
Fermented at elevated temperatures up to 85 degrees, the beer finishes extremely dry. To counterbalance, we use some Caravienne for malt sweetness a well as the aromatic qualities of cardamom. Australian summer hops have a stonefruit like quality while the Carpenter Ranch blend is reminiscent of lemon peel.
