Beer Description
Imperial Amber Ale with Yams, Toasted Marshmallows, Pineapple purees, Vanilla, Lactose, and a blend of spices.
A warm, festive beer, designed for family gatherings and reminiscent of a classic holiday side dish, with a Caribbean twist. Originally crafted as an anti-pumpkin beer by Uptown Beer Society and First Boro Brewing & brewed in collaboration with them, the Bronx Beer Hall, and Beer Kulture. With over 450 pounds of yams in the mash, this beer is rich and inviting with flavors of burnt brown sugar, pralines, warm pie spice, maple syrup, candied apple skin, and a twist of pineapple baked right in. Medium-full mouthfeel and a balanced smooth finish. Warm, and comforting, like a hug from Mom. Happy Holidays!
