Beer Description
For our collaboration with Non Sequitur Beer Project we drew inspiration from Gage’s smaller counterpart, Nelson. We wanted to go light, playful, French…ish, and full of character. So we made a 100% Nelson Sauvin hopped grisette. It starts off with a fruity white wine character and quickly shifts to cracker dusted in lemon pepper before finishing crisp and clean. It’s a beer you can drink all night and never get tired of.
