Beer Description
A pleasant acidity is met very dry finish creating a well rounded, peach forward ale.
Our Peche elaxed in a used oak barrel for nearly a year with a hefty dose of fresh peaches from Palisade, Colorado. the use of several strains of brettanomyces have created a tart, dry Belgian-Stlyle ale. We chose a pale base to really allow the local peaches to shine through. Bottle conditionedd with yeast and brettanomyces for yet another layer of complexity.
