Beer Description
Panic on Funkotron is the second installment of our summer Brett trilogy. Panic is an IPA fermented with 100% Brettanomyces yeast. Light in color and brewed with 40 % wheat the beer is crisp and refreshing. The Pacific Northwest hops and the Brettanomyces yeast give the beer a deeply complex fruity flavor. The beer has notes of grapefruit, pineapple and papaya.
