Beer Description
Bitter Country Ale is a collaboration with Ebb
and Flow Fermentations. They chose to
slightly mimic XX Biter, an all Pilsner malt
base that was boiled for 2 hours and hopped
heavily with Noble hops. Then the beer was
fermented in oak barrels with the Lida and
Midtbust strains of Kveik. It displays some
light Saison qualities with a distinct ester
profile backed up by a firm bitterness.
