Beer Description
You may not be Sir Francis Drake, but this Letter of Marque grants you the power to make believe you are, at least for the duration of the bottle. Our Rock Dodger DIPA forms the base of this powerful grog, and after aging for several months in South American Rum barrels to bring a touch of sweetness and heat, we added heaps of coconut to ensure every swig conjures images of your own pirate stronghold. Of course, privateers were never ones to avoid excess, which is why we also dry hopped this beer out of the barrel with a bounty of Sabro and Mosaic to bring notes of tropical fruitto this buccaneer’s brew. Bottoms up, and- at least for a while- imagine yourself king or queen of your own pirate island. Cheers, matey!
