Beer Description
Cascadian Dark Ale takes after its namesake the Verreaux’s Eagle: it is black as night and packs a punch. This malt bill imparts notes of dark chocolate and coffee, the astringency of chicory, the spice of cassia and white pepper, rounding out with earth and a hint of tobacco.
