Beer Description
Don’t tell Mitch, but we went digging around his cellar stash of barrel-aged brews and found this Belgian-style Strong Ale aging in Ridgeline Whiskey barrels from our neighbors at Appalachian Gap Distillery.
Complete with notes of burnt marshmallows and bananas foster, this dark ale discovered flavors of oak and vanilla after its spell in barrels.
If he asks, tell him you don’t know a thing about his so-called “Secret Stash.”
