Cascade’s classic orange character plays counterpoint to the sticky, tropical notes of Simcoe & Citra. Barbarian yeast provides an ester profile leaning more towards apricot than peach.
Just What I Always Wanted is well balanced and nuanced hazy IPA featuring Simcoe, Citra, Cascade, and a smattering of Vic Secret. Cascade’s classic orange character plays counterpoint to the sticky, tropical notes of Simcoe and Citra. Barbarian yeast provides an ester profile leaning more towards apricot than peach. Plenty of wheat and oats bring a soft mouthfeel, and a water profile favoring Sulfates balances the beer with a refreshing crispness.
