Called Nine Wolves, the cider is made with Hudson Valley apples and a German lager yeast that Nine Pin has never before used. Nine Pin owner and cidermaker Alejandro del Peral tells me the difference between Nine Wolves and Nine Pins is subtle but noticeable, with a bright, refreshing, crisp taste of a German lager
