Beer Description
A malt bill made up of Extra Pale and Blonde malts, and featuring Chinook in the kettle, and Comet, Citra and Mosaic hops in the two rounds of dry-hop. Really nice diesel and grapefruit aromatics with a bit of alcohol sweetness.
A San Diego style IPA. We wanted to round out our IPA lineup that’s leaning a little too hazy these days — so, our Assistant Brewer, Donnie, took a stab at brewing up a West Coast IPA to stand along side Duboce on the board. No Rush joins the West Coast, clear beer ranks on the list leaning lighter, with a malt bill made up of Extra Pale and Blonde malts, and features Chinook in the kettle, and Comet, Citra and Mosaic hops in the two rounds of dry-hop. Really nice diesel and grapefruit aromatics with a bit of alcohol sweetness.
